Emilio César Rodríguez is running to represent you and Ward 3 on the Minneapolis City Council. They hope to earn your vote November 4th, 2025.
For the past three years, Emilio has been a grassroots organizer and a renter in Marcy Holmes. Spending their time organizing for immigrant rights through the Drivers’ Licenses for All and North STAR Act movements.
While proud of the impact these trailblazing bills have had on the community, these bills also represent a resounding call for public safety for all Minnesotans, and now Emilio is taking the fight to city hall.
